Refund Policy

Introduction

This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for requesting a refund for payments made through our website. By completing a payment via Razorpay, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms described here.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only applicable under specific circumstances such as:

  • Duplicate payment due to a technical error or multiple transactions.
  • Cancellation of an event, service, or registration by the university or organizing committee.
  • Incorrect payment amount charged due to a system issue verified by our tech team.

Non-Refundable Payments

Payments made for successfully registered events, workshops, or services are non-refundable unless otherwise stated for a particular program. Once payment is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or reversed by the user.

Refund Request Procedure

To initiate a refund request, users must contact the technical team within 7 days of the transaction date. The request should include:

  • Transaction ID and payment receipt from Razorpay.
  • Date and amount of payment.
  • Valid reason for requesting the refund.

All valid requests will be reviewed, and if approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Processing & Deductions

Approved refunds may be subject to deduction of applicable transaction or gateway fees charged by Razorpay or banks. These fees are non-refundable as per third-party payment policies.
